Welcome to TAiKe ! “Tai" stands for Taiwan, and "Ke” for Kerala, India. Together, TaiKe sounds like 臺客, a Chinese phrase that refers to Taiwanese people who do not follow the common norms and etiquette. In this context, it represents an aesthetics of life that innovates and transcends. Hence, TaiKe Study is a cultural dimension shared by Taiwan and Kerala. In the tranquil and elegant background of a study, positive energy particles of TaiKe shoot around like meteors that never grow faint, constantly dashing on one another to ignite sparks that enlarge ceaselessly like the big bang. The reciprocal supplementation of books and bookshelves ignites the azure flames of book exchange. The collision of Chinese and Malayalam culture ignites the sanguine blades of language and cultural exchange. The integration of passionate and amicable characters ignites the golden tongues of fire of mutual learning, which gently lick every corner of the study. Differing from devouring, licking tenderly effaces erroneous stereotypes and erases mechanical pedagogies, substituting them with the warmest, most sincere, and most vivacious interaction. A study and a fire never quite match, but it is also due to this improbable combination that learning and interaction no longer stay reserved. They can dash. They can flash. We hope that the scholars in this study can all hold up their torches to pass on culture and warmth. Proposals of ideas are also welcomed because the breeze these ideas bring will become the key to the fire’s aggrandizement.

Taiwan Kerala Association strives for the welfare and social needs of Malayalees in Taiwan and Taiwanese in Kerala . It is a forum for social interaction of like minded members of the Malayalee community and Taiwanese . TAiKe upholds and promotes vibrant cultural and linguistic heritage of the Malayalees and also to promote interaction and camaraderie among the Malayalees in Taiwan and attempt to integrate the best of Kerala traditions with Taiwan life style

Kerala is divided into three geographical regions: Highlands, which slope down from the Western Ghats onto the Midlands of undulating hills and valleys into an unbroken 580 km long coastline with many picturesque backwaters, interconnected with canals and rivers. The wild lands are covered with dense forests, while other regions lie under tea and coffee plantations or other forms of cultivation. Most of the state is engulfed in rich greenery which ensures a very calming experience at all times.
